"I’ve worked with the Five Stone team for 5-years on various training initiatives and I’ve witnessed firsthand how collaborative they are with the full end-to-end design of video and multi-media projects. I’ve seen them grow and learn, span creative boundaries, and roll-up their sleeves to make it happen. Most importantly, they are genuinely good people."

Amazon PXT Academy
When Amazon launched its People, Experience, and Technology (PXT) Academy, the company needed more than an audiovisual provider. They needed a production partner capable of delivering a polished, executive-level experience across six leadership conferences in just three weeks.
The 6-event program brought together approximately 1,800 HR leaders across two cities—Anaheim, California, and Washington, D.C.—with roughly 300 attendees at each conference. Although the audience experienced a seamless, consistent event at every stop, producing that consistency required meticulous planning, standardized production workflows, and flawless execution behind the scenes.
The Challenge
Multi-city event production presents a unique set of challenges. Every venue has different room configurations, loading procedures, labor requirements, and technical infrastructure. At the same time, presenters and attendees expect the experience to feel identical regardless of location.
Amazon also wanted the flexibility to improve the program as the tour progressed. Presentation content, show flow, and production elements continued to evolve between conferences, requiring changes to be implemented quickly while preserving consistency across every event.
Our Approach
Five Stone Creative served as Amazon's production partner for the entire tour, sourcing all audiovisual equipment and local labor in each city while traveling with the production from start to finish.
Our producers and technicians maintained a single show file containing every presentation, video, graphic, and production cue. By carrying the complete media package and production workflow from city to city, we ensured every conference maintained the same visual identity, technical precision, and presenter experience regardless of venue.
In addition to live audiovisual production, our team managed projection, lighting, presentation management, production logistics, and on-site technical direction. Working alongside Amazon's internal team, we refined presentation design and optimized the general session experience throughout the tour, allowing each conference to benefit from lessons learned at the previous stop.
Five Stone also produced a documentary-style video capturing the energy and impact of the PXT Academy, providing Amazon with a lasting record of the initiative and its success.
Results
Over three weeks, Five Stone Creative successfully delivered six leadership conferences across two major U.S. markets, supporting approximately 1,800 attendees while maintaining a consistent, high-quality experience at every event.
By combining detailed pre-production planning with a traveling production team, standardized show files, and flexible on-site execution, we helped Amazon launch the PXT Academy with confidence. The collaboration earned praise from attendees and leadership alike and established Five Stone Creative as a trusted production partner for future initiatives.
