Get Your Teach On hosts one of the nation's largest professional development conferences for educators, bringing together thousands of teachers for multiple days of keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and live experiences. As the conference continued to grow, the organization needed an experienced production partner capable of scaling alongside the event while preserving the energy and connection that had become central to the GYTO experience.
Five Stone Creative partnered with the GYTO team to provide turnkey event production, supporting every aspect of the conference's technical execution for more than 4,300 attendees.
The Challenge
Producing an event of this scale requires far more than dependable audiovisual equipment. Large general sessions demand powerful sound, dynamic lighting, large-format projection, and carefully coordinated show execution, all while maintaining an engaging experience for thousands of attendees.
The conference also served a remote audience through live streaming, making it essential to deliver a production that felt equally polished and engaging for educators participating online.
Our Approach
Five Stone Creative provided comprehensive audiovisual production, including sound reinforcement, lighting, projection, live streaming, video capture, and on-site production management. Working closely with the GYTO team throughout planning and execution, we developed a technical approach that supported the conference's creative vision while ensuring reliable performance across every session.
